The 2018 RAM 1500 is offered with three different engines. The standard is the 3.6-liter Pentastar^® V6. At 305 horsepower, this engine offers some of the best V6 horsepower of its class. For maximum available horsepower, there's the 5.7-liter HEMI^® V8, which kicks out 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. With this engine, the 2018 RAM 1500 tows up to 10,620 pounds. A 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 engine is also available, delivering both power and efficiency at 420 lb-ft of torque and an estimated 27 mpg on the highway.* The RAM 1500 is also equipped with smart towing features that provide confidence and control when hauling heavy loads. These include Hill Start Assist, Trailer Sway Control, and the available Class-Exclusive Active-Level™ Four-Corner Air Suspension.

The design of the 2018 RAM 1500 is bold, versatile, and accommodating. This pickup is available in Crew Cab, Quad Cab^®, or Regular Cab models to accommodate passenger needs.
